We are sorry to hear there is a problem with your order. it seems that the instrument got damaged in transit.
Please follow the next steps to grant a swift handling of the transport damage claim:
1) Please go to the local Post office and ask them to sign the attached, prefilled damage report. They are obligated to do this. Please also take the parcel with you or at least pictures of the damaged item and parcel.
Should they deny to sign the document, please let them sign and stamp the second statement that you will find attached to this mail.
Also, please write a short damage report yourself mentioning the denial, as well as the address of the Post office, if possible the name of the postal worker, and the day and the hour of your visit. Once complete, please send us this report signed by yourself either by email to
sc.cc@thomann.de or by fax to: 0049 9546 9223 8399.
2) We will require the following declaration (second page of the second document) signed by yourself:
I, name, have not and will not make a claim against a damage that occurred to item: --- in parcel number:
_________. I overgive this right to Thomann GmbH.
This does not imply that you give us all the rights you have; only the right to claim the damage with the courier is then passed on to us. This right you give up will be used against a replacement item or a refund. This way you are spared of the long waiting time that comes with the official claim, and the courier is assured that he will not receive two claims from two parties.
Please send all the documents from 1 and 3 together with the pictures by email to
sc.cc@thomann.de or by fax to 0049 9546 9223 8399 Attn. Customer Care. The documents have to be signed correctly as computer signatures are not being accepted and the authenticity of the documents can not be granted.
Important: the transport damage needs to be claimed with the Post immediately after the delivery of the parcel. Therefore we ask you to send us the documents as soon as possible.
Once we receive all required documentation, we will arrange the further steps for the return of the damaged item to have it replaced by a new item or refunded according to your wishes. Please let us know which action you would prefer.

[DOUBLEPOST=1478007888][/DOUBLEPOST]Получается, почта должна подписать документ на английском языке о повреждениях(Причем не понятно где они должны подписать). Но на почте меня 100% пошлют, т.к. при получении я подписал что посылку получил, коробка целая.
