Добрый день! Подскажите, может кто сталкивался с подобной проблемой: аквариус не принимает пароль, а на сайт захожу нормально. Переустановка аквариуса не помогла.
Вот что ответил саппорт:
A new single sign on (SSO) system was implemented this week (16 September 2021) in order to achieve the security levels currently required. In case you encounter problems logging in on the official Acustica Audio website, the help-desk portal, the Aquarius Desktop application (ADA) or the Aquarius Web services (AWS), please follow the steps below:
1. Delete the cookies from your web browser.
2. Delete temporary files from your web browser.
3. Log-out from the official Acustica Audio website, the help-desk portal, the Aquarius Desktop application (ADA), and the Aquarius Web services (AWS).
4. Log in on the official Acustica Audio website and change your password.
The new password will be automatically synchronized with the official Acustica Audio website, the help-desk portal, the Aquarius Desktop application (ADA), and the Aquarius Web services (AWS).
