Re: Where are my model packs and plugin?
you should be able to use line6 monkey and reauthorize your model packs....
you can use the number you have, or type refresh and it should re-write the licenses to your device.

RE: Where are my model packs and plugin?
Hello. This is from our License Management FAQ (
http://line6.com/community/docs/DOC-2277). It looks like the second to last step is what's missing:
How do I authorize my device(s) for use with my licenses?
• Download and install the latest version of Line 6 License Manager for your operating system from the Line 6 software page. Go to the following link for software downloads: Line 6 Software downloads.
• Before launching the Line 6 License Manager, be sure to have your Internet connection active (and your Line 6 device connected, if you are using one).
• Launch the License Manager:
o On Mac® - Go to /Applications/Line 6/Line 6 License Manager.
o On Windows® - Go to Start menu\Programs\Line 6\Tools\Line 6 License Manager.
• Log in to your Line 6 account.
• Select the device to which you want to authorize for use with your licenses and click the Authorize button.
• Once the Authorization process completes, you may be prompted with a screen informing you that your Line 6 device includes some Add-Ons that need to be “Installed” on your device. If you are presented with this screen, click the Install button to proceed.
• At this point, you are able to use your licenses on your authorized device. Repeat this process with any other devices you want to authorize for use with your licenses.
We see the licenses are part of the device, so hopefully you can go through these steps to activate the Add-Ons. If not, please reply and we'll open a ticket for you to investigate.

I can't see that screen. As you can see from my screenshot (attach), my toneport is authorized, but there is no such button. The problem remains.

Re: RE: Where are my model packs and plugin?
I am looking in your account and don't see a store order where you bought the licenses. It's possible they are stored on another account, either yours, or someone else if you bought this used. If you bought the licenses separately, do you have a receipt or confirmation that shows this? If this was done on an account you own but can't log into, I can try to find it for you.
Ultimately, if the licenses were purchased on another account, the owner of the other account would have to transfer or "gift" the licenses to your account. This is also from our License Manager FAQ:
I can’t use my licenses anymore. What happened?
Please understand that only the account that purchased the licenses will be able to access the licenses, regardless of who has the device containing the licenses. If you can’t access this account, you won’t be able to access the licenses contained within it.
For instance, if someone bought a Metal Shop license and assigned it with Line 6 Monkey to his POD XT, then later connected his friend’s POD XT Live to Monkey and allowed that unit to use the model pack, his friend will now no longer be able to use Metal Shop because his friend’s account was not used to make the purchase. The owner would have to “gift” the model pack’s store order to his friend’s account (see how to “gift” below).
Another case is a father using his Line 6 account to buy a model pack for his daughter. He’d have to “gift” the purchase to her account for her to have access to the model pack.
Another scenario involves licenses purchased online. Line 6 is the only authorized seller of licenses for use with Line 6 devices. If you purchased Line 6 licenses from anywhere other than the Line 6 website, the licenses were originally purchased using a Line 6 user account other than your own and the licenses have reverted to that account. The account owner would have to “gift” the store order to you in order for you to use the licenses you purchased from that individual. Line 6 plays no part in this situation.
The process of "gifting" is also covered in the FAQ.

Re: RE: Where are my model packs and plugin?
The gold plugin was purchased using another account and then transfered to mine. Should i contact with the person who bought to retransfer it again? And another stuff: do you realize that it can be inconvinient or even impossible?

RE: Where are my model packs and plugin?
Yes, we realize that this scenario can inconvenience some purchasers of used Line 6 devices, but unfortunately contacting the original account holder is the way to have the license transferred to your account so you can use what you bought. Please provide the seller the following information so that the transfer can take place.
How do I “gift” a store order?
Log in to your Line 6 account, visit the Purchase History page, and click the Details link for the order. Click the link/button labeled "gift", then enter the destination Line 6 account username and click confirm. The order will still show in your account history, but you will not have access to the license(s) from the order, be able to return it, or be able to gift it again. The giftee's account will display the order on the Purchase History page, but not be able to return or gift it. The account holder will have access to all the license(s) in the order.

Re: RE: Where are my model packs and plugin?
But FORTUNATLY i've got studio computer, with no internet connection, with older version of software, and surely, the .aet file. I'll roll back to previous versions of software, and UNFORTUNATLY it will be my LAST DEAL with your company. I'm sorry, but it's a fact. You've made serious impact to your reputation
