Stylus RMX 1.2.0 Release Notes
• New effects: Radio Delay, Pro Verb, and Spring Verb.
• Effects presets: right click on an effect module on the FX page to bring up a menu to save, copy, paste, or load an effect patch. Install the accompanying Factory Effect Presets and you'll have a set of presets ready to use.
• Effect rack presets: right click outside of the effect modules on the FX page to bring up a menu to save, copy, paste, or load an effect rack.
• New trigger mode: Next bar. Use this trigger mode to automatically start a groove at the beginning of the next bar.
• Multiple outputs in Logic 7. Logic 7 users can now load an instance of Stylus RMX from the "Multi Channel" menu, thus loading a version of Stylus RMX which has eight stereo outputs.
• Master play button is now automatable. While any parameter in Stylus RMX may be automated using MIDI learn, the set of parameters you may use with host-based parameter automation has been increased to include the master play parameter. The master play button may now be used with parameter automation to start playback of the Stylus RMX multi at a specific point in your song. In addition, the double/half buttons on the browser page are now MIDI-Learnable.
• Pro Tools parameter automation. Pro Tools users may now user parameter automation with Stylus RMX.
• New footer value display option: MIDI CC. This value display option shows MIDI CC events received by Stylus RMX and can be a valuable aid when doing MIDI learn operations.
• Bug fix: audio buffer size. Fixes a crashing problem when using Stylus RMX with extremely large audio buffer sizes. For best audio quality, avoid buffer sizes in excess of 4096 samples.
• Various performance enhancements.
