No, I've heard it from a guy in a Russian forum. Apparently he's the first guy to own Opals here, in Russia. He has them placed at approx. 2,5 meters away (

Well, I always ask; fatiguing compared to what? Lacking lows compared to what?

First, there is NO way the Opals lack lows compared to those small KRK's(?), unless he has them hooked to a sub.
As for fatiguing, well, I haven't heard the other speakers in that pic, so I guess I can't really comment. I can say that the Opals are one of the least fatiguing speakers in my 6 pair speaker collection, and that I've heard. Barefoots & Twins are more fatiguing IMO, though the 0300's might be just as smooth, if not a little more scooped (so, potentially less fatiguing).
The Opals I have are the latest additions though, with the updated woofers and electronics. And they are fully broken in.
