Ответ от поддержки на такую же проблему у меня, 1 год гарантия. 31 один день это скорее манибэк, если всё исправно, но просто не понравилось.
Возвращать лучше конечно в магазин, если официально у реселлера была взята. У Музторга своя такая же гарантия год. Если не получится, то видимо в Британию придется отправлять производителю и решать с ним.

It does look like your RISE has suffered a hardware fault and should be replaced.
The quickest way to get a replacement is to return your item (along with original proof of purchase) to the store it was purchased from. There are no orders by this email address on roli.com but if you did in fact purchase from roli.com please let me know your order number so that we can find your order.
Important to know: the ROLI manufacturer's warranty is 2 years for Seaboard GRAND and 1 year for all other products. You may have statutory rights under consumer laws and the laws of your country or state that give you greater rights than our Limited One Year Warranty. Warranty eligibility requires an original proof of new purchase from ROLI.com or an authorized retailer. See full warranty details here.
Some stores offer extended warranties, while others have a limited return window outside of which they will not accept returns. If your store no longer accepts your return while it is still under warranty, please send me:
- a copy of your original proof of purchase, showing the instrument was purchased new from an authorized retailer
- your ROLI instrument's serial number
- a delivery address
- and a phone number.
