FIXING A LIBRARY ALREADY INSTALLED
With existing libraries, we will use the "H2O Kontakt v2.02 Keygen", but we will obtain the needed data from the Windows Registry, and we will update the Windows Registry with the new Authorization Key
01. Launch the "H2O Kontakt v2.02 Keygen" and keep it open.
02. Run the Windows Registry Editor:
-- Start Menu, select "Run", type "Regedit" (without the quotes), then click the "OK" button.
-- Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareNative Instruments, where is the name of the application.
Example: HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareNative InstrumentsColossus is for the East West Colossus product.
03. In the left window pane, click on the specific product folder you want to fix (e.g. Colossus)
04. In the right window pane, scroll to find the following fields:
-- SNO (which is the Serial Number)
-- SYSTEMID (which is the System ID)
-- KEY (which is the Authorization Key)
05. Obtain the Serial Number:
-- In the right window pane "double click" on the "SNO" name. An "Edit String" window will appear
-- "Right-click" the "Value data" field, the select "Copy", then click the "Cancel" button
-- In the "Serial" tab of the keygen, paste the data into the "Installation Serial:" field
06. Obtain the System ID:
-- In the right window pane "double click" on the "SYSTEMID" name. An "Edit String" window will appear
-- "Right-click" the "Value data" field, the select "Copy", then click the "Cancel" button
-- In the "Keygen" tab of the keygen, paste the data into the "System-ID:" field
-- Click the "Generate" button
07. Update the Authorization Key:
-- In the right window pane "double click" on the "KEY" name. An "Edit String" window will appear
-- Press your computer keyboard's "Backspace" key to delete all data from the window
-- "Right-click" the "Value data" field, the select "Paste"
-- Click the "OK" button
08. Close the Windows Registry editor.
09. Test loading the Kontakt/Intakt player version
10. Test loading the library in Kontakt 2
