Итак, 25 января 2024 года французская компания Two Notes выпустила плагин Genome.
Который был создан для тандема с их новым девайсом "Two Notes Opus", пришедшего на замену "Torpedo C.A.B. M" и "Torpedo C.A.B. M+".

Основным компаньеном для "C.A.B. M" был их плагин "Wall of Sound".
WOS был с явно устаревшим GUI.
Концепцию и GUI обновили, и выпустили Genome.
Помимо основной функции виртуального кабинета, появилось много дополнительных функций/fx/усилителей, как в OPUS так и в Genome.

Основной нейро-модуль для загрузки профилей педалей/ампов называется CODEX.
Умеет загружать NAM, AIDA-X, Proteus.
Помимо него есть классическая цепочка из fx/amp. И какая-то своя уникальная модель ампов TSM-Ai.

Многие получили Genome бесплатно, т.к. у них уже был WOS, раздававшийся ранее компанией Two Notes.
Со временем в обычный Genome и в Genome Suite добавляют новые fx/amp/cab.

С 30 сентября 2024 года Genome v1.5 помимо плагина, обрел и Standalone вариант.
С 10 декабря 2024 года Genome v1.6 добавил в плагин и в Standalone версию полную подержку midi, для управления.
С 16 января 2025 года Genome Ultimate переименовался в Genome Suite.
Всего с момента релиза с января 2024 года было добавлено:
- в Genome - 7 компонентов stomp/fx + 2 amps + 10 cabs
- в Genome Suite - 28 компонентов (из них 15 amps) + 10 cabs

На последней версии замечен баг. При открытии проекта месячной давности (win 11pro reaper 7.42) жёстко крашит проект. Кое-как догнал что это именно он, открывая в оффлайн проект. Причём в чистом проекте и standalone он нормально запускается и работает.

Доделываю последний трек в альбоме, и такой глюк схватил... Ладно, что только бас им реампил, а то так и застрелиться можно...
 
В общем саппорт нашёл причину крэшей. При активации доп входов на дорожке рипера (например активация 4х входов для работы сайд-чейн компрессора, как это было в моём случае), возможен вылет Генома последней версии. Прислали инсталлер предыдущей версии.

Feature Updates & Workflow Enhancements

  • The Stock Albion ‘59 TSM-Ai Component has been updated to include a “HOT” Circuit type; users can now switch between HOT and CLASSIC modes:
    • CLASSIC: Traditional Albion ’59 voicing, delivering the original Super Lead 1959 character with balanced response, harmonic bloom, and classic British dynamics.
    • HOT: Revoiced for increased articulation and a more immediate, raw response. Presence and negative feedback behavior are more pronounced, resulting in tighter lows, sharper attack, and enhanced upper-mid clarity.
  • GENOME’s login and licensing system has been refined to offer improved loading time at startup.
  • GENOME now features improved knob dragging behavior across Components.
