a) With regards to tangible Music Works the Artist shall receive 16% in royalty over the net sale price and 50% in the case of national licensing and 40% in the case of international;
b) For download sales in any digital format, the Artist’s royalties shall be 50% over the retail price to the public in direct sales or 50% of the net sale price in the case of sales via an intermediary.
c) With regards and copyright, related rights, image rights and publishing, the revenue share shall be 70% net value for the Record Label and 30% for the Artist.
d) Any fees due under this clause shall be processed quarterly and paid up to 90 days from that date.
по пункту "b" насколько я понял, я получаю 50% с продаж в интернет магазинах.
