In consideration of the payment by the Company to the Assignor of the sum of 5p (five pence) (the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged) the Assignor hereby assigns to the Company for and on behalf of Sushi Too Music all of the copyright as defined in the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 and all amendments and extensions thereto and thereof and all further legislation which may from time to time replace the same (“the Copyright Act”) throughout the territory to which the Copyright Act may now or may at any time hereafter extend and all broadcasts and diffusions thereto and therefrom, together with the copyright and all other rights of a like nature as are now conferred by the laws in force in all other territories throughout the universe including any renewal copyright or such other rights as may hereafter be conferred or created by law or international arrangement or convention in any part of the universe whether by way of new or additional rights not now comprised in copyright or by way of the extension of the period of then or now existing rights of and in 50% (fifty per cent) (being the Company’s share of the entire copyright) of the arrangement entitled “xxxxxxx” which, for the purposes of identification, has been recorded by the artist presently professionally known as Maximov Show (“the Arrangement”) by the Assignor free from royalty or any other payment of the musical composition entitled :
