Regarding the LP-series upgrade, there is an upcoming release of our 2nd Wave series of LP. The difference is the amps we use which have a white noise/hiss reduction of -11dB. So, like the IN-5, IN-8V2, unless your ear is literally against the tweeter cone, you will not be hearing any hiss coming from the speakers. The release date is coming up, can't give an exact date but can tell you it will happen soon.
