Ставлю Windows XP Pro SP1 (англ) с нуля. При попытке поставить DirectiXer 2.5 выдается такая ошибка:
Error 1723. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support ...
В логе пишет:
Error 1723. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support .... Action WiseUpgradeCheck, entry: UpgradeCheck, library: C
OCUME~1<name>LOCALS~1TempMSI1.tmp
Пробовал поставить СП2 - не помогает. Попробовал на Windows XP Pro русс., установленной на том же компе на другую партицию - то же самое. На 2000 и 2003 раньше устанавливалось без проблем.
Самое смешное, что на ноутбуке с Windows XP Home русской тот же DirectiXer устанавливается.
Какие идеи?
