You can of course sell your license to another user.
There are only a few conditions:
1- The transfer is not free, iLok charges 25$ for it (we do not charge anything), all you need to know is the iLok user ID of the buyer.
2- The transfer is all done in the iLok license manager, once you start it, we will be automatically notified and we will approve the transfer.
3- You need to completely de-activate your library on all of the computers that were used.
4- You need to provide the files to the new user yourself.
5- We will not provide support to the new user and you need to let him know."
