Всем доброго времени суток! Лейблу(на котором собираюсь выпустить трек) отписала вот эта контора текст письма привожу ниже:
Hey,
I hope you’re well. I’m writing from Matt Caldwell PR (www.mattcaldwell.co.uk) in regards to the upcoming Sooul release '******' on ****** records. We've been working on a new package to help bring quality releases into the public spotlight with dedicated PR work that's got proven results that are already making waves for hundreds of artists and labels around the world.
This November we’re opening the gates to one of the most impactful PR services in the dance music industry and offering our premiere V.I.P service for half of the usual 300 British Pounds rate. Those familiar with our regular services will know we’re one of the leading lights in what we do and our V.I.P service is a turbocharged operation that’s been meticulously designed over many years to assist in brining quality music into the arms and ears of the fans that make quality releases successful. We’re offering an extensive PR campaign, but not stopping there. On this limited offer we’ll also include an interview with the artist and find it a home in the press that’ll give you further tools for promotion and help spread the word of the release.
Got a question? Be sure to hit us up, but check out the details below for some of our more popular ones.
So what’s the deal?
For a half priced rate of £150 Matt Caldwell PR can offer a premium service to promote new releases to the masses. With our years of practice and one of the most effective contacts books around, we can offer your release for consideration to many of the world’s leading music magazines, websites, blogs, influential industry figures, promoters, social media groups, YouTube channels, Soundcloud groups and more that can help get your music heard today.
Where will my release be sent?
We have personal contacts beyond public drop boxes at hundreds of the most popular media groups in electronic music. Over years we’ve developed relationships with individuals, brands and publications that come to us weekly for new music, news, interviews and more. We believe in quality over quantity and have picked out our contacts as the right people to help promote new releases on and after release date.
How do you promote releases?
Our extensive contacts are all contributors in some shape or form to the best of the dance music press out there. We’re the link between the artist and labels and the places that love to show off new music to their readers. We’ll offer press releases with extensive details on your release with music streams, purchase links, your social media details and write ups and reviews of the releases we work with and follow up to make sure every angle is covered and opportunity taken.
We don’t have a press release.
We write our own press releases about every release we work with. We’ve written press releases, articles and interviews that have been featured on just about every dance music site out there. We do this every day and as a result, we distribute quality press releases that are music-focused and to a professional, industry standard level. You can see examples at our site:
http://www.mattcaldwell.co.uk
My release is already out, does this matter?
This service has been designed with on-going research to target the places that support releases in the weeks after release date. We are happy to take on releases up to 21 days after release.
How do I know you’ll get us coverage?
Whilst PR is of course different for every release, our music policy generally means that if we’re talking about working with you, we believe in your music. We exercise strict quality control here and our press contacts know that we only work with what we believe is great music and they trust us.
We make Tech-House and Techno but you look like you just do EDM?
We service underground releases every week. From Deep House and Techno to Nu-Disco and Future Garage we’ve got a seriously far-reaching network that can work with specialist releases and deliver comprehensive coverage.
How will I know what you’ve done?
Results are traceable in several ways. Firstly we recommend keeping a close eye on Twitter, Facebook and Google for live news developments on your release as we work. Most magazines, websites, blogs and groups will let us know if they’re supporting your release and we keep up to date reports on all of our campaigns, which you can request to see at any point of the service. Once we feel we’re done, we’ll then offer an artist interview and once again take it to the skies, doubling up on your already extensive press coverage.
Who have you worked with?
We’ve worked with a long list of top artists and have promoted releases on some of the most famous labels in the world. Below is a list of artists and labels that we have promoted releases on:
Kittball Records - Chemical Surf - Juliet Sikora - Satour - Macelo Demarco - Gregor Salto - Spinnin' Records - Sean Finn - Mixmash - Revealed Recordings - Seamus Haji - Blackhole Recording - Armada - Tomcraft - Austin Leeds - Henrix/Size Records - Be Yourself Music - Marco V - Flamingo Records - Mystique - Toolroom Records - 303lovers - Luigi Rocca - Federico Scavo - Richard Grey - Freak Trix Records - Stefano Pain - Kerry Wheeler - Pyro Records - Dirty Rush & Gregor Es - Bart Claessen & Raz Nitzan - Peak Hour Music - Sixty69nine - Sephano & Torio and many more
We have also worked with hundreds of up and coming artists and labels and we’re proud of the results that we consistently deliver across the board.
How long will you promote my release for?
We generally find that three weeks is sufficient post-release time to get news out there and get a good feel of our results. That said if opportunities arise beyond this period or press people are late to respond to us, we’ll not simply ignore the release and will help wherever we reasonably can.
Can you send my releases to DJs?
No – we are not a DJ pool or tastemaker service. We are solely focused on publicising music, artists and labels to the electronic music press.
How secure is my payment and how do I know you’re legitimate?
Security is important to us here so we generally only accept Paypal as payment for first time clients. The ‘chargeback’ system on Paypal gives you, the buyer complete control over your refund. Simply put, if we do not deliver our promised service, you can trigger your own refund through Paypal, making your payment to us as secure as possible. We of course take security very seriously and understand personal reservations, but we encourage potential customers to check this out and it is bulletproof against fraud, mis- selling and scams.

We’re the #01 Google ranked service for ‘Dance Music PR’ in the world and we rely on nothing but results and recommendations to maintain this status.
I hope that helps you out to learn a little more about what we get up to here and I hope we can work with you to make the new release a success.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind Regards,
Katie [Press Officer]
