added support for 24/48 ASIO for all 10k2-based devices (audigy, audigy2, E-DSP)

-DSP support status:
all hardware 'features' are supported (+4dB, MIDI routing, headphones routing etc.)
currently, 16/48 and 24/48 are the only formats that should work
I will probably work on other frequencies (44.1 and 96kHz) a bit later
(clock source is thus limited to 'internal')
