At first sight, the Hercules DJ Console seems like a perfect solution for digital DJing, but after having tried one myself, I was somewhat disappointed. Its basic design and control layout make sense and its sound quality is good enough for a professional gig, but the controls themselves feel cheaply made and not really up to the standard you would expect from pro DJ gear. For this reason, I would also doubt the unit's durability and reliability if it were frequently used in actual performance situations.
