This is an updated version of WaveShell to VST which now takes into account numbers and spaces in the internal plugin names.

1) Create a folder in progam files, for example "C:\Program Files\Waveshell-2-VST\"

2) Copy your WaveShell.dll files to this folder.

3) Drag and drop the WaveShell.dll files onto the shell2vst-version2.exe file.

4) It sometimes comes up with a message saying the dll file already exists, do you want to overwrite.
Not sure why it does this as it's only overwriting a DLL file it's already made (ie. duplicating it).
Answer yes or all to overwrite any such file (all is quickest).

5) You'll find all your plugins in a subfolder called "Waves". Copy these into your VSTPlugins folder.

6) You can now use all the plugins seperately and in any sequencer.

Note: This doesn't seem to work on the 360 Plugins, they seperate OK, but there is something wierd about these plugins..
The surround channels don't align properly once it's loaded into the host.
This is no major problem as the 360 plugins are mainly for Nuendo / Cubase anyway, so I just make seperate VSTPlugins
folders for those sequencers and use the original WaveShell.dll files in that/those sequencer.

Also, there seems to be a slight glitch when creating some of the "m s" (mono + stereo) versions of plugins.
Some are created, some are not, simple as that. Which is no problem for me either as I only use the original stereo or mono plugs.

Apart from that, what a cracking little tool.

IMPORTANT.

DO NOT MOVE THE "ORIGINAL" WAVESHELL'S OUT OF THE FOLDER YOU PLACE THEM IN WHEN YOU CREATED THE SINGLE PLUGINS.
THE INDIVIDUAL DLL FILES STILL REFFERENCE THE WAVESHELL.DLL FILES ONCE THEY ARE CREATED, IF YOU MOVE THEM, THEY WILL NOT LAUNCH!
RESTORING THE POSITION OF THE WAVESHELL.DLL FILE OR RECREATING THE DLL FILES FROM THE NEW LOCATION OF THE WAVESHELL.DLL FILE WILL SORT IT OUT.

Enjoy, Johnnyb.
