GrandBridge 0.1.116fg beta demo

Focused beta candidate for Studio One Live and Instrument VST3 block-size stability.

Changes:
- Keeps the 116ff Studio One same-instance Live transition repair.
- Fixes the old Instrument hosting error where a child prepared for a 64-sample VST3 maximum could later receive a 512-sample process block without re-preparation.
- Single-output Instruments now perform serialized releaseResources -> prepareToPlay(new maximum) before processing the larger block.
- VST2 x64/x86 hosting and embedded Shell helpers are included.

Demo trial policy:
- Trial state is now keyed by the distributable build label (here: 0.1.116fg), not by one long-lived V6 epoch shared by many beta versions.
- A new beta build label therefore receives its own seven-day trial even when an older beta trial on the same machine has expired.
- Reinstalling the same build label preserves its original trial timestamp and does not reset the clock.

Verified before packaging:
- Old DemoAnchorV6 state was still present on the test machine.
- Installing this setup to an isolated directory created independent DemoAnchor_0.1.116fg state.
- The demo passed its processingAllowed gate and launched bridge_worker under the load harness; the later hosted-child preflight failure was unrelated to demo expiry.
- Reinstalling the same 116fg setup preserved the exact original DemoAnchor_0.1.116fg timestamp.
- Demo build passed the audio-contract guard and mandatory Win32 VST2 capability gate.

Requested beta check:
Repeat the same Spire/Mariana scenario that previously crossed from a 64-sample prepared block to 512 and report whether any crash, heap-corruption symptom, or left-channel crackling remains.
