GrandBridge 0.1.116fg Demo V6 beta

Focused beta candidate for Studio One Live and Instrument VST3 block-size stability.

Changes:
- Keeps the 116ff Studio One same-instance Live transition repair.
- Fixes the old Instrument hosting error where a child prepared for a 64-sample VST3 maximum could later receive a 512-sample process block without re-preparation.
- Single-output Instruments now perform serialized releaseResources -> prepareToPlay(new maximum) before processing the larger block.
- VST2 x64/x86 hosting and embedded Shell helpers are included.

Evidence before packaging:
- Spire direct VST3 setup64/process512 reproduces the exact real crash offset; setup512/process512 passes.
- Mariana direct VST3 setup64/process512 produces heap overwrite; setup512/process512 passes.
- Normal and Demo 116fg builds pass the audio-contract guard and mandatory Win32 VST2 capability gate.
- Both packaged FX and Instrument bundles contain x64/x86 worker and scanner helpers in root + both embedded Shell templates.

Demo/trial persistence:
- This remains Demo V6 / trial epoch 6.
- Updating with this setup preserves the existing DemoAnchorV6 and demo-v6 state. It does not start a new trial period.
- If existing V6 anchor material is damaged, setup aborts instead of silently creating a fresh trial.

Requested beta check:
Repeat the same Spire/Mariana scenario that previously crossed from a 64-sample prepared block to 512 and report whether any crash, heap-corruption symptom, or left-channel crackling remains.
