VST PlugIn Technology by Steinberg

README

This VST PlugIn was designed to be a "mastering" plug-in. It emulates an
effect that is common on some old ADC (analog-to-digital converter) devices.
This effect is called 'clock jitter' which arises when internal ADC's
wordclock is not precise. Actually, it is unknown whether this plug-in is
usable for sound production or not, but in some situations this 'clock jitter'
noise can be applied rather productively.

Parameters:

Strength setting affects the strength of clock jitter. If strength is
high, there will be more clock jitter noise present.

Quality setting specifies processing quality. If you specify high quality
setting it will also require more processing power. There is some other
drawback - the higher the quality setting the more sample delay (latency)
is issued (on the "Very High" setting it will be equal to 60 samples).

Notes:

Plug-in can work in "mono -> stereo" and "stereo -> stereo" modes.

Please, note that changing any of the parameters will issue a large CPU
usage burst. After such burst have passed CPU usage will stabilize.
